<P><I>Tourism and Hospitality Management in Practice: A Case Study Collection</I> is a collection of real-world business cases with a particular focus on small- and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) in different countries from around the world. Fifteen compact cases capture a variety of business situations that present decisions, opportunities, or challenges.
