<P>The papers collected in this volume present multiple views on the skills required of LSP teachers and their preparation for the profession. The authors, whose experience comes from diverse educational contexts, ponder on the nature of the necessary knowledge and know-how as well as on the methods used in the professional training of the LSP teachers.
